Soft Rice Paper rolls filled with Shrimp, Pork Belly, Rice Noodles, Lettuce, Cucumber, Basil, Mint, Chives, served with Nưổc Chầm or Hoisin Sauce with Peanuts



Gà Chiên Nưổc Mắm (Chicken Wings)

Crispy fried chicken tossed in a sweet, savory, and garlicky fish sauce glaze.

Hủ Tiếu Cần Thơ (Southern Vietnamese Noodle Soup)

A clear noodle soup dish with a lighter, slightly sweeter broth, served with Pork, Shrimp, Lettuce and Quail Eggs. Served with a side of Cilantro, Basil and Crispy Fried Onion.



Phở Bò (Beef Phở)

Traditional Rice Noodle soup served with Beef, Rice Noodles and Vietnamese Meatballs. Served with a side of Bean Sprouts and an assortment of Vietnamese Herbs.



Bánh Xèo (Crispy Vietnamese Savory Crepe)

Golden turmeric-infused rice crepe filled with Pork Belly, Shrimp, Bean Sprouts, and Scallions, served with fresh herbs, lettuce, and dipping sauce.



Lúc Lắc (Shaking Beef or Chicken)

Wok-seared marinated meat in a savory garlic-soy marinade tossed with Yellow Onions and peppers, served over crisp greens. Your choice of Beef or Chicken
