Named after the hometown of one of its founders, Can Tho (kang-tuh) is the vision of three local restaurateurs who share a deep passion for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. With more than two decades of experience, Lisa, Chuck, and Yap have built a restaurant rooted in tradition, family, and community. Around our table, food is how we bring people together—and we're excited to share that experience with you.
